Fava Bean Tostada

These fava bean tostadas couldn't be easier to make and are perfect paired with deep-fried oyster mushrooms.

Fava Bean Flour
Salt
Warm Water
Step 01: Form Dough

Fava Bean Flour, Salt, Warm Water

Combine the flour and salt in a bowl, pour in a glug of water, then mix them together.

Gradually add more water if it's too dry.
*You don't want to add too much water, as it won't stick together, so it's better to keep it on the dry side.

Once, it's starting to come together, work it together into a ball and leave it to rest for about 15 minutes.

Step 02: Roll Out and Fry

Roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness and then cut out circles about 10cm in diameter.

Then you can either deep fry or griddle.
