Dark Coconut Sugar
Different from palm sugar, coconut sugar is extracted from the sap within the buds of flowering coconut palm trees. It’s much more complex than most, with its’ deep caramel fudge like flavour, commonly being used in Malaysian cuisine to sweeten all manor of dishes from Laksa to satay.
